Membership and payments
What does VIP membership include?
Watch live sports and available replays in your browser on a phone, tablet, or computer, or use an IPTV player on these devices and your TV. You can view or reset your Xtream login details anytime. Every plan includes web streaming and IPTV access.
Does membership renew automatically?
No. All plans are prepaid, so you won't be charged again when your plan ends.
What happens if I renew before my membership expires?
Your new plan starts when your current membership ends, so you keep all your remaining time.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards and cryptocurrency. You'll see the available payment methods at checkout.
When does my membership start after I pay?
Your membership starts automatically once payment is confirmed. Refresh your order page to check the status. There's no need to place another order.
How do I request a refund, and where will it be sent?
Refunds are reviewed individually and can only be sent to a cryptocurrency wallet, not your original payment method. Contact live support with your order number and the reason for your request. If approved, we'll confirm your wallet address, token, and network.
What if my order says “Manual review required”?
Contact support with your order number. We will review it as soon as possible.
Watching and IPTV setup
Do I need to register a device? Which devices can I use?
You don't need to register or link a device. Watch in your browser on a phone, tablet, or computer, or use an IPTV player on any of those devices or your TV.
Why did my stream suddenly stop?
If you start more streams than your account allows, the oldest one stops. Playback also stops when your membership expires or you reset your IPTV or account password. Reopen the stream to continue.
Where do I find my IPTV login details?
You can view and copy your Xtream server address, username, and password in My account anytime. If someone else gets your password, click Reset password to replace it. Your old password will stop working immediately.
Which IPTV players can I use?
Use a player that supports Xtream Codes, such as TiviMate or IPTV Smarters. If your player only supports M3U, use the M3U link from your account. See the IPTV setup guide for instructions.
Why does switching games stop the previous stream in the same player?
Switching games in the same browser or IPTV player replaces the stream you were watching.
Events and playback
Does “Past scheduled start time” mean a game is live?
Not necessarily. It means the event's scheduled start time has passed.
Why does a game page say “No streams available yet”?
Playback isn't available while the schedule is out of date or streams aren't ready. Refresh the page after the schedule updates.
Why does my playback session expire?
We check your membership during playback. Your stream stops if your membership expires, your IPTV password is reset, or your playback session expires. Check your membership and press play again.
What if the stream won't play in my browser?
Try the latest version of Chrome, Edge, or Safari, or watch with an IPTV player.
Account and security
Why do I need to verify my email?
Verify your email before subscribing or watching. This also helps you recover your account if you forget your password.
Will changing my password affect active streams?
Yes. Changing or resetting your account password signs you out everywhere, stops your streams, and invalidates your IPTV login details. Sign in again to create new IPTV login details.
What if someone else has my account or IPTV password?
In Account settings, choose Sign out everywhere and reset IPTV access. This ends all sign-ins and streams and invalidates your old IPTV password.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Turn off marketing emails in Account settings. You'll still receive verification, password reset, and order emails.
